1 ) How is communication handled, especially if we are continents apart ?

The main medium of communication is e-mail, however for larger projects we use a project tracking system integrated into our web site to provide regular updates on progress of work. Further we also use other means like instant messengers, chats and online whiteboards.

2 ) What about the timeframe ?

We provide a project schedule with deadlines, and is mutually agreed upon prior to the commencement of the project.

3 ) How about contracts ?

For larger projects (which have multiple phases), contract hard copy can be sent via courier
